ABOUT THE EVENT
On January 25, 2026, the Romanian Community Center of Sacramento partnered with DNX Events and Restaurant Noroc to host the second edition of Cântec și Voie Bună de Ziua Unirii, a special celebration honoring Romania’s Day of the Union.
The event brought together members of the Romanian community from across Northern California for an afternoon of live traditional Romanian music, culture, and fellowship. Guests enjoyed performances by acclaimed cimbalom artist Cătălin Iancu, alongside Cătălin Iancu Sr. and a talented lineup of performers who created an authentic Romanian atmosphere filled with music, tradition, and celebration.
The program featured performances by Silvia Timiș, Marian Medregoniu, Cătălin Iancu, Cătălin Iancu Sr., David Sturzeanu, Ștefan Savoiu, and Robert Florea. Hosted at Restaurant Noroc, the event provided an intimate setting where attendees could celebrate Romanian heritage, reconnect with friends and family, and enjoy a memorable evening together.
